Beginning in mid-September our fields turn orange and gold with the autumn beauty of many varieties of pumpkins. We grow 40 acres of pumpkins, primarily for our school tours and market, along with several varieties of squash. Join us for our annual pick-your-own events and you’ll be sure to find the perfect pumpkin for fall.

| Growing for Nearly a Century |
Most folks know Patterson Farm for our tomatoes. We’ve grown a variety of delicious tomatoes since 1919. Today our famous tomatoes are shipped throughout the eastern United States and into Canada and Puerto Rico. We sell through two private labels—Millbridge Finest and Rowan Roma.

Is there anything more delicious than a fresh strawberry plucked straight from the vine? For more than 30 years, Patterson Farm Inc. has grown Chandler and Camarosa strawberries on about 35 acres of our farm. Our berries are raised on plastic beds, and a typical season lasts from late April until early June.

| The Perfect Holiday Decoration |
Patterson Farm, Inc. has been growing poinsettias since 1979. As with our produce, we take pride in cultivating and selling the highest quality plants. Each poinsettia grown at our Rowan County farm receives individual attention, which results in full, beautiful plants.

While we’re known for strawberries, pumpkins and tomatoes, Patterson Farm, Inc. also grows a wide range of other crops, including sweet corn, bell peppers, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers and muscadines. All these crops are available seasonally at our farm fresh market or in wholesale quantities.
