Upcoming Classes
Patterson Farm offers a variety of classes scheduled throughout 2012 to help you learn the basics of canning and preserving a variety of produce. Taught by our own Kathy Shue, each class features demonstrations of selecting and preparing produce so you can enjoy fresh, local produce all year long.
Our classes have included lessons in creating jams, pickles and apple butter, canning vegetables and even creating homemade cleaning solutions.
