Patterson Repack voluntarily uses the GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices) program to train all employees in the use of proper hand-washing techniques. This training is administered through the NC Cooperative Extension Service. This program ensures procedures are in place for a safe food supply to our customers. All Patterson Repack employees are trained annually using this program.
