Patterson Farm will be participating with 26 other local farms in the 3rd annual Charlotte based Know Your Farms Tour.  The tours at our farm will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011 from 12:30-5:30.  The purpose of the tour is to allow families to make those important farm to fork connections.
