Patterson Farm will be participating with 26 other local farms in the 2nd annual Charlotte based Know Your Farms Tour. The tour will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18 and Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010 from 1:30-6:30. The purpose of the tour is to allow families to make those important farm to fork connections.
