All Patterson Farm employees follow GAPS (Good Agriculture Practice Standards) and are retrained yearly. Many of our employees have over 20 years experience in food safety.
Patterson Farm follows a rigorous food safety program in accordance with the most current government and industry regulations. Throughout the year, Patterson Farm is monitored internally in addition to undergoing annual 3rd party food safety audits through Primus.
