Giving Back to Our Community

Patterson Farm is proud to support our local schools, community organizations, and nonprofit groups. We receive many donation requests throughout the year and are grateful for the opportunity to give back whenever we can.

Because of the number of requests we receive and the seasonal nature of our farm, we are not able to fulfill every request. To help us review requests fairly and efficiently, we ask all organizations to follow the process below.

Donation Request Guidelines

Please submit your request at least 30 days prior to your event or requested date.

All donation requests should be submitted through our online Donation Request Form. Providing complete information about your organization, event, and how the donation will be used will help our team evaluate your request.

Types of Donations

Depending on availability and the nature of your request, Patterson Farm may be able to provide support through items such as gift certificates, gift baskets, admission tickets/passes, or other products and experiences.

If you are flexible about the type of donation your organization can use, please let us know when submitting your request. This gives our team more options when considering how we may be able to support your organization.

Requests for Farm-Grown Products & Commodities

Please note that donations of agricultural commodities and seasonal products—including pumpkins, strawberries, poinsettias, produce, and other farm-grown items—are not guaranteed.

Availability of these products depends on our crop, harvest, seasonal demand, inventory, and other factors outside of our control. During periods of high demand, we may have very limited ability to donate certain products.

If your organization needs a specific quantity of a product guaranteed for a particular event or date, please let us know. When available, we may be able to offer the product for purchase at a discounted volume price rather than as a donation.

If your event can use an alternative donation—such as tickets, a gift certificate, or a basket for a raffle—please include that information with your request.

Review Process

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the information and determine whether and how Patterson Farm may be able to support your organization.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will contact you with additional information, including any applicable pickup instructions.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to support as many organizations as possible while balancing the seasonal demands of our farm.
